Registrations from Prohibited Jurisdictions may be voided, and any associated funds may be returned less processing fees at pkr88's discretion.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their pkr88 login credentials, including username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 for e-wallet methods and Rs 500 for bank transfer methods. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to a Player's pkr88 Account in real time upon confirmation of the mobile money transaction. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 15 to 60 minutes of the transfer being confirmed. pkr88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Players must only deposit funds from payment accounts held in their own name. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time through the responsible gaming controls section. Once a deposit limit is reduced, it takes effect immediately. pkr88 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 2 hours for verified Accounts using JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. These timelines are targets and are not contractually guaranteed. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional review is required.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per rolling 24-hour period apply and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request. Players with significant balances may contact support to request higher withdrawal limits subject to verification.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been used to deposit funds into the Player's pkr88 Account, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to the Player. pkr88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Important: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from bonus funds, after all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied, are eligible for withdrawal. Unused bonus balances are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and incentives offered by pkr88 are subject to these general bonus terms as well as the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. pkr88's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, less any withdrawals made during that period.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit pkr88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
pkr88 collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, Players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr88 holds its primary international gaming operating license. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.

Upon termination for breach, any balance in the Account may be forfeited in accordance with the circumstances of the breach.

Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus funds remaining at the time of closure are forfeited. pkr88 will retain Player data for the period required by applicable law following Account closure.
Upon Account termination or closure, the Player's licence to use the Platform is revoked immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 8, 9, 11, 12, and 15 — shall continue in full force and effect following Account closure or termination.
